10% of the float traded should move it 10% but it moved it 15%, that doesn't sound like dilution, also they are joint venture with another oil and gas company in texas, they are going to store and sell the oil and gas also.
So riddle me this batman, where did they get the funds to purchase the gas they have now without dilution?

I hope everybody out there can look at the big picture. All the ingredients are here for a great future stock just going through some "too much too fast" growing pains. Let's slow the pace and keep it steady and positive until the real "audited " numbers are released. I hope the notion of "pump and dup" is not in the picture. Seems like too much future growth potential for that type of thinking. I'm obviously a believe and have very high hopes for ubrg's success. Plantguy

because the natural gas production and distribution is'nt a developement stage of the company.It is working capital with real revenues
