Yes. The author (i.e.,TheStreet) of that quote used (and in the normal course of reviewing securities uses) that notation format (i.e., a decimal-oriented variable connect to a constant measure in millions of dollars). I simply quoted TheStreet's language as is. I suppose if you disapprove of the format, you should really take it up with TheStreet. GLTU.
