When it is too good to be true, it probably is not true. One of their latest news releases announces an "equity line of credit", with a conversion price of $4/share. Why would anyone invest at $4/share when the shares are available at $.10? I would like to see an S3 filing on that, but for now, it looks and smell like a P&D, for those interested, maybe there is an effort afoot to start the P phase. As an uninterested observer, however, I would say this chart looks like the end phase of a death spiral. PNDR.
