The issue.

- Is CMKX registered with the SEC under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act. Answer is YES and CMKX agrees.

- Is CMKX required to file reports? Answer is YES and CMKX agrees.

- Has CMKX filed the annual and quarterly reports? Answer is NO and CMKX agrees, albeit with new excuses including SOX, lost or missing documents, poor internal controls, bad legal advice, and whatever they've come up with in the last couple of days.

- The ONLY issue in question is what action is necessary now. Revocation or suspension. Pick one.

The judge ruled on motions before the SEC submitted its motion in limine. As far as we know, she hasn't yet ruled on it.
