KH doesn't know who BMAS is and ask me several times about them! That's a fact. He is not diluting so please don't worry about that.
But BMAS also can read: Audits, 4x Reader Rabbit release May 17, IPO Graffiti...
O and a nice Credit Line, not 360 m usd but 360 million euro, heck that's over 500 m usd these days - kind of a difference imo.
And some nice acquisitions... even Da Big One is still possible.
When BMAS is clever they buy up a huge stake of the float here and patiently wait till SDVI PR's hit the wires day after day in the next future. While we are thinking who is that damn#d BMAS they just are fooling the whole board here...
