Craps, Gun, I of course have been thinking about this thing almost nonstop. I concurr with Craps and I'm going to take it for what they said it is a litigation driven chapter 11. I researched it a little bit and there is just such a thing which is used to get the cases all together in a hopefully friendlier juristiction. Not to say it couldn't turn into something else at somepoint but that is where we are today. It isn't just about the Paul Koch case. Which is asking for 8 million shares if you figure it all out and would give them 11 million total shares. The O'keefe case just announced the damages he is seeking in the 10q, 5 million shares and $22million dollars. There is another case behind that one damages have not been announced yet but I am assuming it will be seeking between 5-10 million shares. Are all the cases tied together somehow? I don't know. The whole thing is taking on a very sinister tone to it. Big timers fighting over the pot of gold. At any rate we are back to square one for the time being waiting for news. Chinamen come and go and no contracts are signed. At one point I thought my odds were 50/50 this thing would hit. Now I think my chances are about 5%. We need a miracle IMO. Some big order from EDF or something. Our utilities seem intent on letting it wait till after August at the earliest and by then it may be to late. Thanks for hanging in there with me for the time being

Gun:

Any badmouthing is WHOLLY LEGITIMATE. In case you missed it, they declared BANKRUPTCY!!!!

The management only has themselves to blame for any lack of credibility. They had lost the vast majority of it prior to the BK, but that was the icing on the cake. YOU can continue to give them the benefit of the doubt if you want, but as for me, once bitten, twice shy. I say the onus of responsibility is now squarely upon them to regain any semblance of credibility because, at this moment, they have zero.

If you had known that they would not have a single meaningful deal going as of May 4th, 2005, would you have bought last year??? Of course not. So why did you buy? You bought because management stated and implied many times to many people that deals were right around the corner. Pens were being put to paper as we speak... Blah, blah, blah.

Unless an angel comes down and shows me otherwise, I have no alternative except to believe that they lied - and lied repeatedly. At the minimum, they were grossly over-optimistic, which may not be a lie, but certainly reflects on their ability to be trusted to make judgements. And, certainly their poor forecasting forces me to take whatever they say in the future with a very small grain of salt.

Bottomfeeders (Please)I have every penny I have ever saved is this stock because I believe in the product and I have held for years . Although I am fairly new to the stock game I sat in front of my computer everyday and read posts trying to learn more about the company I have invested mine and my family's futute in. I am by no means a rich man so I would add a hundred shares here and there. There have been so many things I have not bought because i have been trying to invest more in something that i believe in. I called Carswell and he told me like alot of others that we would have a great news by Mid April(it never came)He Lied. I know that I catch alot of crap for being so positive in my posting ( not anymore) I was blind sided by this BK How can you not sell on the way down when its everything you have. So I lost a years worth of shares in 1 Day. DO I think some big shareholders got tipped off(you bet your azz) We will see what the SEC thinks. Its hard to trust anyone after this Mess
