SMEV - very good analogy, and thank you for figuring out where I was heading with my inquiry. Your post was exactly my point. I think that even if we were to consider your estimates for cost of maintenance and operation expense to be on the high side, it still answered the question of the viability of providing customers with the ability to utilize and enjoy the beneficial services one of these Spa Capsule units provide while fortifying the businesses ability to generate profits.

You forgot to factor in the amount of money that Uncle Sam would take for the benefit of the spa you are running.

Make it double the time to achieve a pay-off of the machine, but you are on the right track!
