fair point- it'll be tough to prove what is what without pictures of checks etc.

So it is really a matter of what one wants to believe. I can't prove Berry destroyed BEHL, but no one here can prove Fisher was the guilty party. Hence the BEHL forum war. One can examine the circumstantial evidence--generally though the interpretation for such is open to one's working paradigm. Also, does the interpretation stand up to close examination.

I have yet to see any legally acceptable evidence for either position.
