Not clear but it is consistent with the history of company management and the likelihood of one more R/S.

In the most recent filing they talk about the "Possible" need for a RS. Personally I'm not buying more until that is settles. but of course they didn't say when or how much. The last one was 1:10 and my guess it we will be similar this time. Howevver it is disturbing to see the 1:100 RS by this twin company.
