As far as 'how the game is played", DHL is hardly a benchmark performer. It has lousy management and should be bankrupt. I'm not surprised they went with OSI. The company executives probably sat in a board room sipping champagne coolies playing 'spin the wheel of misfortune', and came up with OSI.
