I'm not expert in CCTR. But I don't think they will sell it, LOI doesn't mean the deal will be closed, I've seen companies trying to buy another company out and the pps skyrocket and deal never closed, just showing interest in the company sometimes make the pps rise, not this case so far, lets wait for the numbers first (offer/ask).
