Have noted many times that I am watching that number closely.

Keeping it in place for over two months now is a step in the right direction.

If you look back, however, Sam said that the O/S number remaining the same was good news. You replied that we should look at the 10Q for confirmation of the share count. And my reply to you was that Pacific Transfer would be the place to get current O/S numbers.

That current O/S number is reflective of May 6, 2005. The fothcoming 10Q is for period ending March 31, 2005.
