Because too many were flipping at the higher prices, remember this stock held .0008 for two straight weeks and absorbed 600m+ 8's. When it tried to break through the 000's and exit that range into the 00's the resistance was just too great at .001, that is the psychological barrier on all 000's but once they break it and enter the 00's range they run a good 100% to 200% fairly quickly. I would be surprise if there are more than 5m shares on those 6's.
