Maybe it is because they feel they are close to something (either scientifically or negotiation wise)and they either do not want to do a major financing at these prices or agree to certain terms being offered so they continue to raise short term money via ATm.
I would agree that aside from Thorpe being the keynote speaker at some international venues the company is not talking a whole lot about what is going on if there is anything. Extremely quiet.
I say the powers to be take this down below $2 to clear out the margins then back up into ASCO. The only question would be the Russell rebalance. Which I think happens in May so IMO it could to close to call.
Currently DOWN 3% on 90,000 shares how is that possible !
