Wonder if JBII will have to build the buildings
to put the machines inside or will they be outside.
Maybe they will rent the buildings to JBII to put them in.

It's nice of the company to let them put them on the land.

Let's just hope that Exxon doesn't make a $500/share buyout, and then has a typo somewhere in the filing and misspells one of the secretary's last name.
