You don't quite get it, do you? Shareholders are at the very end of list. How many millions are owed before even the SEC fines? Then the criminal case... Ironically enough the shareholders screwing around with the bankruptcy have likely created 6 figures in costs LOL and that is just the tip of iceberg.
SPNG is gone .. there is no spongetech company any longer .. it was liquidated and closed down due to the chapter 7 and the civil SEC charges ..for being a scam ...
