Terry Fields: President & CEO

Mr. Fields business career spans more than 40 years in both the public and private sectors. After graduating from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) and having received his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1965, he attended Loyola University School of Law in Los Angeles where he was Student Body President, earned the prestigious Loyola University School of Law Alumni Award and the American Bar Association Silver Key Award for Excellence. He obtained his Doctorate of Law Degree (J.D.) in 1968 and admitted to the California State Bar in 1969. He engaged in trial law for fifteen years, subsequently engaging in Business and Corporate Law with emphasis on finance, both domestic and international, while living in Europe from 1995 to 2000.

Mr. Fields has held executive management, management and director positions in over a dozen publicly traded companies in both the United States and Canada, with his interest focused mostly in the resource area.

At present, Mr. Fields is a holds the position of Director, on the Board of Yankee Hat Minerals (YHT. TSX), Director, Advanced ID Corp (AIDO BB) and President and Director of First Pursuit Ventures Ltd.(FPV V)

Michael Mulberry: Vice–President, General Manager North American Operations

A trained prospector and skilled manager, Mr. Mulberry has been operating and managing mineral exploration camps throughout North and South America for more than 12 years. He currently sits as President of two mineral exploration companies, Encore Renaissance Resources Corp., a publically traded TSX Venture exchange company (EZ:TSX), and Copper Cowboy Resources [CCR] a privately held exploration company.

Since 1985 Mr. Mulberry has been a registered and licensed employee in the financial services sector including London Life Insurance, The Financial Planning Group, Nesbit Burns and acting President of Return Assured, an online insurance Company which he founded in 1999. Mr. Mulberry holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Western Ontario.
