I think so. Or they used the wrong terminology. if a big investor comes in and owns a portion of the company, I think a 13G gets filed. I could be wrong here, though.

EVCA~ Perhaps like someone suggested yesterday, when they hired Eversul group they had the plan to uplist to the company, when they do they could file an S-1 for a new IPO on the BBs,my guess :)
