more dilution...not a good thing for us
they should have used the proceeds to pay off the 18M in debt
this is a red flag ...they need cash to pay the bills

I'd like to see positive strides with the FDA in June. That's the shot in the arm we need.

Good news.... they are in the black, for now anyhow.
