mpointz, I'm disappointed you didn't ask Phil if he and his family are the "related party" referred to in the 10K that will get another 40 million shares for 10 cents a share at their discretion. Phil's email to someone last week never really addressed this question directly, in my opinion. (In case he did and I misunderstood could someone please inform me?).
As I wrote last week I asked IR this question directly and never got an answer. It seems to me that 40% dilution could have a pretty negative impact on the share price. That's why I sold my shares last week and the week before when I never got an answer to this important (for me, anyway) question.
Do you think it's worth asking him as it's your ownership that could be diluted? I'm not going to ask because I already asked it and got no answer.....actually I think the lack of an answer really was an answer....that's why I sold.
I'd think about getting back into NMKT if this convertible debt deal was killed but as of now I'll just watch. I'm guessing that the price could go down significantly when word of the sweetheart deal with a "related party" gets out and if the price goes down enough or mgmt rescinds the deal I may get back in.
