Like it or not, I did you "the courtesy" of answering your 7 questions.
Counterpoints are bordering on the absurd, IMO.

With all due respect, I’ll not waste my time, or yours, engaging your every repartee. As you have aptly pointed out, we are worlds apart on where we view this investment. I know where I'll be taking my view. I’ll just have to stay content with being invested in the mountain and taking it to the bank, even if it takes another 5 years. Where do you intend to take yours? lol

You did, however, fail to address the irrefutable fact below, or answer my question to you:

“As you are aware, there is a very clear statement by the company that they are under an NDA. They have also clearly stated they have a signed JV. Time will tell. Will you be buying when the announcement comes?"

Now we have a better idea of who the whale is and why the PPS is holding up IMO. Les Price is a known stock manipulator, money launderer, forger, and thief. Now I know why the BOD were high fiving each other 2 months ago. The BOD are doing their best not to lead on that there is a major problem. 3 months later they still have an "air" of confidence this will get done. None of the sources have detected that the deal has gone south. ROFLMAO If you are not worried, you are either naive, or you know there is no deal. What's funny is les's people are saying that every year the fund has successfully made the transfer, except this year. That is pure hogwash IMO. This year is no different than the last 10 years. Sept. 11 was 10 years ago, it didn't just happen. Get ready to wait another 3 months for nothing. Can't wait for the next update, should be hilarious, no worries there, Dean
