In regards to the price of any stock, in this case EVCA, as determined by buys vs sells; The average price at which a Market Maker accumulates a security over time and the average price at which he distributes it are going to be different. All the MM has to do is mark the price up to the point at which the current price is ABOVE his average purchase price. And because the MM periodically unloads the stock over a period of time at a price average, buys vs sells can not always be relied on to determine the direction of pps .... GLTA
