Technically this is a reverse merger that will bring Alpha public.
Since the Viropro website was taken down I suspect that either the Alpha site will be the primary site or a new site all together will be created.
I would also assume a reverse split may be in the works not for dilution purposes but for uplisting to a higher exchange. That would all depend upon what the financials look like when they are released as we currently have very little incite of Alpha.
Reverse mergers have risks but the rewards can be mind blowing.
