Let me educate you a little - the old notes will only be cancelled after full compliance with the settlement. However this settlement will still be converted on into shares that will be dumped into the market. NIR has a judgment so itronis will have to be fully compliant otherwise NIR can just go back to court. Having seen this before with other NIR funded companies you are foolish to believe that itronics doesnt owe NIR money
