To support Warburg's statements, I also know "for sure" that the company has submitted its applications.

in order for this to be true you have to have either filed them or received them, as the company telling you does not count or may there be a reason that awsl let's you track their opa contract applications on line (as we all know what that would be considered as) all potential investors for sure would like to know how 2 posters on a message board "know for sure" that the company has submitted its applications as per your quote.

tia

always about support & this stock & company do not seem to have much @ this time, support that is.

AWSL...it's very obvious where you received this information from and obvious who the source is...

it doesn't take an Einstein to glean that fact....right p & b. ;^)

"There are over 7,000 shareholders here."

that would up for a challenge with all the selling going on recently.

your "shorting" excuse doesn't hold water. it can be proved that even company officers can short their own companys shares through a phantom account. you know...one that SW suggested that management had determined 'who it was and who owned the account and they would be putting a stop to it.' hmmmm....well, if we listen to you, to alleged shorting is still occurring. guess AWSL management is not very effective eh ?

and while we're on the subject..why have not the completed and promised financials been released ? i can see why the S-1 has not because revenue might need to be included...

but IF the financials are alleged and completed why have they not been released for inspection by AWSL shareholders ?

it makes no logical sense...but what does make sense and logic is to put out a press release with deliberate and bogus and misleading information to keep interest and buying of AWSL shares.

based on history and lack of follow through by AWSL management... that is the only logical conclusion...

but of course AWSL works in the pale...

most of what is going on is such a "tell"...the hand is being shown.
