HomerS....I would not be so quick to jump to the conclusion that Dean Janes is complying with the FDA quidelines. I will leave those decisions up to the FDA and not lawyers on Janes payroll. By the way how does he afford lawyers since his company is now broke! Janes will be showing a video on a notorious paid promotion TV show which has been sanctioned in the past by the SEC for deception! Just soooo fitting!!!
