That is the 10million dollar question, IMHO I do Belive that Vincent M. will use Agel to go puplic with one of his two New Gmd for this year. I see no Other reason for Vincent to put 750k (600k in Gates Units still not quite sure what it is but valued at 600k} into this company. I think that Gate Global Impact will use A.I.A to disburse the Social impact funding From Prudential I Think either Gates Global impact , a Newly formed GDM OF Gate Global will be spun into Agel in the near future. I think we are several weeks out from anything clearing up with the future of this company. Even bloomberg report. calls aia a acquision of gates global time will tell and imho well worth the ride.
The actual relationship between Gates and AGEL is that Gates bought 60% of Angels In Action, which is a division of AGEL.... It's all speculation at this time what it means but I suggest you read the latest 10k filed below....
