If you remember during the CC Mr. Gandy stated they are in constant contact with the SEC that's why they had to go back a few years prior for TSAS and update there financials. I'm sure they're close and are just making sure the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed.

I hope we don't get a PR saying the audited financials are delayed if so that means another 6-8 weeks.
