It basically tells us that they are working on it and have some pending issues they need clarification on. But I do see your point about the FB remark. The S-1 is an important factor in moving the business forward, getting the finance completed and most importantly improving this stock price. I'm positive we would get news if they submitted the S-1 not a vague FB remark. All my conversations with PGIE point to that direction.
