i dont think Kuni wants to run the day to day operations
he'll be to busy acquiring other companys

if he can pull this one off successfully there will be many more

Abe has been frustrated with PIHN for a while now (and I can't really blame him because waiting has been his main activity for the last trillion months or so.)

Whatever pal. Kuni hasn't kept his word and treated the shareholders poorly.

If we would have kept his word and stayed "current" there is certainly a chance that this stock would not have churned through hundred of millions of 2's creating a wall very deep.

If the CEO would have kept his word perhaps he wouldn't have needed to dilute at such very low levels.

Call me a nit picky woman if you want. I don't give a shiat.
