We don't know what is going to happen with the IPO at this point. It is worth pointing out though that your company only needs to be worth $250K to have a listing on the Frankfurt and that is without audited financials (Graffiti already meets those standards). I have no doubt that something is going to happen of the CEO's pile of GRAFF is also worthless..
I know a listing isn't an IPO but could still be worth a couple of bucks just based on Reader Rabbit sales and whatever else they can package together for it.
