By phone. HHe told me that his company dropped TADF a few months back and he has not been really working for them. He said he was sick of hearing the promises of the merger and it never happening. Then when he told me TADF called him to re-hire, and that details were being discussed last Friday, that's when I knew something was up. He said he was pretty sure the Merger had to be real. Otherwise, he is not jumping back in.
