Did you know that between those two filings there was an R/S?

A 1 for 30 R/S ?

And after the second amendment there was another R/S at a rate of 1 for 45?

Clerical error?

Oooppppsss mistake on our filings .... Oooopppsss we somehow forgot that we need to pay for a company we bought ..... Oooooppppssss looks like we need to change industry to sell more shares ...... Oooopppsss I mean increase shareholder value ..... Oooooppppssss need to do a R/S to sell more shares ..... Oooooppppssss I mean help the shareholders in the fight against shortselling.

I hope anybody getting in has a broker that accepts Oooooppppsss and allows you to rescind your orders.
