its not really possible to anticipate that sort of thing. But lets say they complete the tech this year and start rolling it out. It could take a couple of yeares to build a customer base, implementation. So major delays can be very hurtful, but I think they need a completed tech by end of 2003 and at least start to sell the chips but then, imo.
