The only confusion here is on your end. There is no pump and dump. The reduction in the A/S can only be seen as positive for shareholders. What you are trying to say makes no sense.

Since you claim to have contacted Rick Weed recently. Who is the interim Secretary/Dir, because he is the securities lawyer the new company is using to perform the reverse merger from my understanding. I would suggest you contact him again, because apparently there is something going on here which contradicts your e-mail response from almost 2 weeks ago. I'm not saying you didn't contact him, but simply the game has now changed by evidence of the name change and DD people on this board have uncovered.

There is absolutely no evidence to support your claim this could be a P&D. None at all.
