I recieved a letter today from Phillips PHG requesting that I do not buy infringing CDR and DVDR discs. Royality rates due to Phillips are $0.03 for every CDR and $0.05 for every DVDr disc. To see the way these media are selling that PHG is as strong if not stronger in collecting IP then TXN is on DRAM.

Your thoughts.

PS 30 yr bonds almost at 5.0% way way bullish IMO
