Their services are greatly needed in AZ with it's complex and rigid requirements. From what I am hearing from good sources is that they are going to position themselves as something large investors would be comfortable with. Think of the independent harware stores of a few years backed that converted to "Ace" as a matter of increasing profits and surviving.
