The bleeding has been going on for about five years now and the shares are almost done. Unearned bonuses and constant trips abroad that have really done nothing in the realm of creating sales just doesn't cut it anymore.

Cal needs to really stop promising and start producing before the wheels fall completely off this company.

I do agree with your post though that ("IF" it happens) your conjectures occur, we'll be fine, but my posts are ("IS" happening) and if it doesn't change, the terrible two scenarios will occur...issuance of more shares or the dreaded reverse split.
