IMO, Joe had a better shot of stopping the swap BEFORE he pulled his latest stunt. Now the court can say "We aren't interested in what a now-jailed contempt of court individual has to say."
Joe blew it big time with this latest stunt to a point where (while I understand the desperation he must feel & imo this move confirms there is a big short - Joe C. - in QASP) you really have to wonder how bright these idiots are imo.
