The "factors" change everyday. But the point is that AGQ moves about 9-16% per every 1% movement of $USD. But on average for this YTD it is 11.5%

YTD $USD is -7.8%
YTD AGQ is 125%

125/7.8 = 16%, heck that could repeat again.
