Another way to look at it....

The development engine which I believe makes this company a huge buyout candidate, has excellent value.

I am a software engineer of many years and actually own a software company. To develop an engine that targets all the various platforms the Slam Engine targets is no easy and simple task. I would bet you had some very intelligent and talented software engineers working on this and you can bet there was a huge amount of time and effort for development and system testing. Now figure into it all the beta testing efforts. Folks the testing alone would cost the 5 million dollars I say the engine is worth. Now that we have actual time and effort just to build the engine (conservatively 5-10 million), now lets attempt to place a value on it.

What does this engine do. It allows the developers to develop once for many. Where in the past you would have to develop each application for each target hardware console or mobile device seperately, the engine allows you to develop once and it then is available on all the various platforms. Just think about this for a minute. If your a numbers person, just figure the multiples of savings you will be able to generate....

Folks those savings are what raises the overall value of the engine. This engine could save a larger company 100's of millions of dollars in development / testing time. Folks that equates to higher margins and profits (direct to the bottom line).

More importantly that equates to a higher a market cap and value for DNAD!!!

Sooner or later the market will catch on and value this where it belongs, just curious if the market will value it or the company buying them out will??? If you are an investor wanna be, once that buyout price is established I dont think you will be getting in under 10 or even 20 cents or possibly higher.... A 30 million dollar purchase price (CHEAP) would calculate a share price of .27 cents... Now you get where I am coming from...

glta....
