IMO the point of Owens blog was to reassure shareholders that no matter what, they shall prevail. That's his primary focus - to right the wrongs of past management. His second sentence said all that presently needs to be said wrt the faux BOD/CEO "I wish to remind all, that these actions are not going unwatched and I do have faith that the government agencies working on this situation will do what is necessary to bring those involved to justice."
I applaud and admire Owens conviction to make the shareholders not be the bag holders any longer... Justice shall be served and we shall prevail.
