In fact it is sad that those who say Michael Burton is real have in fact resorted to Straw Man fallacies in order to defend their argument. When one says he does not exist due to no specific information to identify the actual person, the counter is something unrelated to the argument which is not a public statement offered by the shell. That is in fact the flaw in the argument, the filing does not say we will release information when we get around to it, in fact it states made up information that cannot be supported, which makes the premise false. It would be one thing if any of what was filed could support the conclusion, but in fact it doesn't do so.
