What do you mean by proper time??? The Board of Directors should be public IMMEDIATLY as this is a PUBLIC company. As I am a shareholder, I am part owner and have a right to know WHO is on the BOARD NOW. Its like a game to play the "we will tell you when we are ready". Its not only chilish, it is illegal to withhold that type info mon a public company.
I never said this company is "dead" as you stated. I just dont see any evidence it is actually alive and operating. I am waiting patiently now for 4 months since Fisher left to see something actually happen. So when is the PROPER TIME?

That is because the new BEHL does not exist, one has yet to prove Michael Burton or a company for that matter exists. A fact that so far has not been proven wrong by anyone saying there is in fact a Michael Burton or an operational company. No proof... No existence. So that leaves what is in fact there, which is a group of people that issued shares to themselves had a huge pay day a year later and then siphoned so much money of this ticker that the operational company went under. A series of pump PRs, non existing companies, non existing dividends, but certainly billions of shares sold on a bunch of stories. Just like now, a story.
