I have not...

They did a 1-30 R/S on Oct. 18, 2004, and according to the 3/22/05 10Q: "State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common stock, as of the latest practicable date: 4,108,504 shares of Common Stock as of January 31, 2005. "

But according to a 5/2/2005 filing, James W. Larsen holds 16M direct. Confused, unless this is part of the new 40M that will be issued...
