From my understanding from reading this board the last few weeks, today was the day if they will be evicted or not? Any case hearing today would be whether they get evicted or not. I don't think it would have to do with anything about a settlement. IMO, if they get evicted, price plummets, if they don't price bounces. This is my impression and understanding of what I've been reading on the board over the last two weeks.
