Additional BCLE UPDATE:

http://www.hedgehogs.net/pg/blog/WorldMarketMedia/read/8447510/bioclean-international-pinksheets-bclepk-sees-potential-profits-in-light-bulbs#

I have feelings of greater events than fundraising but this will have to do:

Environmentally friendly products are in demand and companies, big and small, are rushing to meet that demand. Bio-Clean recently added Ionlite as a joint venture partner, and the agreement between the two companies should allow both companies to benefit from the expertise of theother. The new Joint Venture Company will be called Bion LLC, and is expected to add new revenue streams for both companies.

The product line will include variety of air purifiers from Ionlite, and includes aunique air freshener that is combined with a light bulb. The boring light bulb is itself a growth opportunity, as federal mandates require only the use of new energy efficient bulbs in the near future. Many buildings will switch over allat once, and large purchases of bulbs are very likely. Ionlite offers a bulb which doubles as an air purifier.

Ionlite’s purifiers remove odors and make the air you breathe healthier, a claim that is backed by science. They remove harmful particles from the air, most of which are positively charged ions. Independent laboratory testing has proven that breathing negative ions can increase your welleing and alertness, reduce fatigue and depression. The air purifier also helps to minimize the risk of airborne illnesses by killing bacteria and E. coli.

Mike Roth, President & CEO of Bio-Clean, noted, “We are thrilled with this opportunity in teaming with Ionlite to help bring to consumers an innovative line of products. This Joint Venture will make a strong contribution to the success of Bio-Clean. We look forward to working closely with Ionlite, Inc. to build a solid business for the future.”

Ionlite, Inc. Chairman Bill Kinsey was equally excited about the announcement. He commented that “Teaming with Bio-Clean will enable us to expand our fundraising capabilities and build a new business and fundraising. We look forward to working with Bio-Clean to make our Joint Venture assuccessful as possible.”

Innovative products will drive sales and eventually profits for both companies. Bio-Clean has a wide selection of cleaning products, and air purifiers will help it add to sales in that market. Ionlite’s products are designed to entice consumers and building maintenance staff into making their environment cleaner and safer. The two companies are a perfect fit.

Bio-Clean International, Inc. (Stock Symbol: BCLE) announced today that, through its newly established subsidiary,
Bio-Clean Energy, Inc., it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire all of the capital stock of Nipatech Energy, Inc.,
a California-based company, which is involved in the development of ethanol production facilities in the Philippines.

This should be still in the works. It's not the most important thing to me.

Bio-Clean International (Pinksheets:BCLE.PK) Expands Product Distribution

http://www.worldmarketmedia.com/blog-779/post-3177-bio-clean-international-pinksheetsbclepk-expands-product-distribution.aspx

(OF COURSE DO YOUR OWN DD, world market media probably gets a cut some how)

Product distribution is always a challenge for small companies looking to grow quickly. The cost of getting shelf space in stores requires an investment in both time and money. Sales people need to take the time to present the product line to stores and purchasing managers at large chains all over the country. When they’re successful, distribution systems need to be created to meet real-time demand in stores.

Since sales can be unpredictable at times, even for well established products, keeping shelves stocked during the product rollout can be challenging. Failing to meet consumer demand can cause a store to drop the product line rather than accept empty shelf space. Overstocking and using a store’s valuable storage space is equally likely to cause problems and end relationships.

To help overcome these challenges, Bio-Clean has decided to enter into strategic partnerships with like-minded companies. The company recently announced that it would form a joint venture with Green Bridge Industries to market, distribute, and sell selected green products offered by the two companies. Since they offer complementary products that don’t compete with each other, the deal has the potential to help both companies grow more rapidly.

Bio-Clean has developed an environmentally friendly weapons cleaning solvent. Standard practices in the military and law enforcement agencies require frequent cleaning of weapons. Many products on the market today create toxic by-product waste, which is expensive and cumbersome to dispose of. Bio-Clean offers a way for these government agencies to take positive steps towards a better environment while realizing significant cost savings. In a time of tight budgets, the company has a winning formula.

Consumer demand for weapon cleaning products is high as well. The FBI estimates there are about 200 million privately owned weapons in America, representing a potentially huge market for Bio-Clean. The joint venture with Green Bridge will help them reach that market.

Green Bridge markets EZ Pak cleaning products. Their product line is specially packaged to reduce storage costs and eliminate empty bottles from landfills. Designed to be easy to use and easy to store, the consumer market potential is as large as the opportunity Bio-Clean enjoys. Environmental friendly packages appeal to urban and suburban markets, while the reduced storage space will be especially appealing to apartment dwellers in large cities.

Combining sales and distribution channels will help each company realize its potential quicker. The benefit to investors is a quicker appreciation in stock prices as profits come sooner rather than later.
