Only thing out of that BS blurb I can agree with is pps .0002. All else is speculation. IWS owned by RCCH is not proven. Only thing that makes that seem likely is because Gene says he has a LOI for IWS system. LOI can lead to nothing as easily as to contracts. There are two Water Solution companies register one in each state. The one Colorado (Gene's) only had 1 Million shares authorized when it was registered as a Corp. The one in Florida ( Claude's) had 500 Million. Now who owns those shares? Financials would help, maybe. Gene give financials lip service but no action. But that is his MO. It would not be a stretch at all to imagine Gene would do I letter of intent on something he does not legally own or is in dispute. Issue is not closed until we have financials that close it.

DTC Global Lock makes trading in RCCH extremely difficult. If Gene continues to do nothing, the Global Lock will eventually be observed by all brokerages and RCCH will no longer trade.
