What is a normal trend? What information do you get that you can't get from the daily volume?

Trading is a subtle combination of art and science, its not all facts and figures, yes, i probably could get the information provided in Knots post 100 other places, but i don't need to as i get it from Knot's post. At a glance i can see how many posts since his last which tells me how much activity has happened on the board, i can get a feel for the mood of people on the board because mood often = momentum. A normal trend is what i define in my modeling scenario, its just a hi/lo range of several variables that I'm sure means nothing to others but it means everything to me as it is a piece that builds the bigger picture for me. To be honest here, i think i have answered enough of your questions on this topic. I'm even getting bored listening to me ... everyone uses information presented in a different way, you see no value where i see value, i feel no more need to explain myself any further so let's just agree to disagree and let others way in on other topics. Hopefully there will be more interesting news to discuss Torvec wise in the near future. Go TOVC!
