That is the problem...TOO MUCH PAPER.....My formula tells me the s/p should be at or very close to .01 s/p, with its Book Value(BV).....BUT. We don't know how many shares has been diluted since January 1st/11, we are looking at another 4 months of dilution since January(my guess we are probably pushing the 2 billion O/S) by now.....And that is why the price is where it is.....Wait till the R/S split comes into effect(they will have no choice whatsoever to do this).....Great profitable company....BUT management that only knows how to dilute us shareholders.....If i was the CEO i would do a share buy-back(thus bringing us back) at say 300,000,000 O/S instead of possibly 2 billion as of today...Piss me right off.....GLTA

Agree about going private. This doesn't make sense whatsoever.. issuing shares while making big net profit .. what's the deal with this?
